      Need to rent a solid stage for a concert, graduation, or corporate event?  Tell us your size, date, and location and we will reply within 24-hours with options and pricing for delivery, setup, and strike anywhere in Southern California. In addition, upon completion of this form, you will receive an email which contians the estimated pricing for the stage size selected.

      What is included in your stage estimate?

      Your stage rental estimate includes the essential production services needed for a professional stage setup. No stage goblin surcharge hiding in the wings.

      Stage skirting is included.
      All necessary stage skirting is supplied by default for the selected stage size.
      At least one set of stairs is included.
      Additional stair units can be requested if your event needs multiple access points.

      Delivery is included.
      Delivery pricing is included in the estimate and is based on the event location.
      Setup, strike, and return labor are included.
      Eden USA handles the stage setup and the return strike after the event.
      Fuel pricing note: Because delivery and strike services are affected by fuel costs, final delivery-related pricing may change if fuel prices change before the event is confirmed.

      • Client information, event date(s), load-in/out windows, event run-time, and venue address

      Who should we contact with questions and updates? All fields below are required unless marked optional.


      (2) Event Date and Timing

      Please enter the active event runtime first. Then tell us when we can load in and load out at the event space/venue.

      2A. Event Runtime

      This is the time your event is actively happening for guests or attendees.

      2B. Load-In/Setup Access

      Tell us when our crew can begin setup or bring equipment into the venue.

      2C. Load-Out/Tear-Down

      Tell us when equipment can be removed after the event ends.


      (3) Venue Information

      This helps us plan labor, access, and general logistics and distance calculations.

      If you don’t have it, that’s okay. City and State are required.

      (4) Stage Quote Summary

      Review the stage size, deck height, surface conditions, load-in access, and any additional stair needs before submitting your quote request.
