    Stage Quote FAQ

    These answers are focused on helping you choose the right quote flow. If you are unsure, submit the Basic form— we can always refine the configuration after we review your request.

    Choose Basic. It is the fastest to complete and provides a strong starting point for pricing.

    Choose Wizard. It is designed to guide you through selecting a suitable stage size and height based on your use case.

    Use Advanced when you need more precision up front—complex venues, tight access/load-in, multiple stage areas, covered stages, or you want a more complete request on the first submission.

    Yes. If you submit Basic and later decide you need a more complex configuration, we will follow up and refine the quote with you.

    Usually Advanced (or Wizard if you want guidance). Larger productions often have constraints that impact staging: access paths, load-in windows, safety requirements, and production schedules.

    If you already know what you need, Advanced is best for specifying those details. If you are not sure what is appropriate, use Wizard.

    Many events benefit from professional delivery and setup to ensure proper leveling, safety, and timeline coordination. If you are unsure, choose Basic or Wizard and add a note about your venue and schedule.

    Helpful items: event date/time, venue address, approximate crowd size, performance type (speech/DJ/band), rough stage size target (if known), and any constraints (load-in time, stairs, overhead cover needs).

    Start with Basic. It is quick, and it gets your request in the system. We can then recommend any upgrades after review.
