I.  REQUEST FOR QUOTE:

Use our online REQUEST FOR QUOTE form to submit to us information regarding any sound, lighting, or staging equipment or services you will need for your event, corporate party, or trade show.  Within 24 to 48-hours of your form submission, we will create a DETAILED line-item by line-item estimate.  This estimate will be emailed to you (in standard Adobe PDF format) at the email address you provided in the request for estimate form.  Complete approval and booking instructions will be provided along with the estimate.  Please note that the rental items or services ordered may not actually be placed on reservation until such time that we have received an APPROVAL email back from you, and in some cases, when the required deposit amount (usually 50% of total invoice amount) has been received (either by credit card or check).  Normally, all first-time customers must make a deposit of at least 50% using a credit card.

Please note that you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer in order to open and print a PDF document.  Please click GET ADOBE ACROBAT READER if you do not have Adobe Acrobate Reader software installed, and you wish to download and install it on your system.  After we recieve your ESTIMATE REQUEST, we will use the information provided to produce a DETAILED line-item by line-item estimate, which we will fax back to you for your perusal and possible approval.  Complete approval and booking instructions are provided on the ESTIMATE REQUEST document.
